Job Description

Logistics:

Compensation: 60-75/hr

Work Type: 3-6 month contract to hire

Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday onsite / Monday and Friday Remote

Must Haves:
• 8-10 years of design experience, having previously led design initiatives from a project standpoint
• Expertise in simplifying complex UX/UI processes—this role will focus heavily on Insurance experiences, and we want to make them dramatically simpler and more human.
• Experience using AI to turn complex realities into radically personalized, intuitive experiences.
• Fluency across mobile, desktop, and conversational UX.
• Strong project experience supporting enterprise B2C initiatives
• Ability to craft thoughtful and visually appealing UI designs

Plusses:
• Experience working on insurance-based projects

Job Description:

Insight Global is looking for a lead UX Designer to support one of our enterprise clients located in Florham Park, NJ. They will be supporting a large B2C initiative that is aiming to assist small businesses by improving the user experience of their all-in-one HR, payroll, and insurance system. This person will be responsible for coming in with fresh design concepts and working with the product team, data & AI team, and other designers to create easy-to-use features, improve upon the existing system, and integrate AI to increase functionality.
