Client is looking for a customer obsessed Sr. User Experience Designer (Contract) who is passionate about their craft and helping the Client System of restaurants deliver the very best to the communities in which they serve. Supporting our technology and product teams, UXD contributes to this goal by designing customer-centered experiences across all US products including , the Client mobile app, and in-house solutions that help our franchise partners succeed.

Senior UX Designers typically:
Leads the design strategy and execution on their product team, with guidance and coaching from UX and product leadership
Helps define the design work that delivers business outcomes for their product teams
Consults with the product owners, technology partners, and research to help inform product strategy that cultivates value
Contributes to the culture of our UXD and product teams
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
5+ years of UX or related experience is preferred
A degree in a related field such as interactive design, visual communications, graphic design, or human factors is preferred
A digital portfolio showcasing your design skills, storytelling, and thinking that we can review online is required
Drive to optimize and design systems for internal teams and product experiences
Experience working on agile teams delivering value in digital products
Experience collaborating with research to Client and evaluate evidence-based and data-driven design decisions
An array of design skills, which might include visual, conversational, information architecture, prototyping, strategic design methods (such as design thinking), user research, or writing
Ability to design across all experiences including desktop, web, mobile, and native apps
Effective communication as a writer, presenter, and facilitator; equally at ease speaking with product developers or executives
A foundational understanding of development knowledge, both web and mobile
Familiarity with the value of design systems, understanding reuse and scale, and knowing when to contribute to make them better
Partnering with user research to understand the customer problems to tackle
Distilling qualitative and quantitative feedback to unearth recurring themes and promote data-driven design decisions
