Lead user experience research and UI/UX design across Agile product teams. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct user research, testing, and interface design. • Ensure alignment with Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on prototype development and iteration. Qualifications: • 3+ years in UX design or user research roles. • Experience using the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS). • Strong communication and design systems thinking.
