GEICOis seeking an experienced, customer-focused, and results-driven Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Commercial Servicing team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various business partners to deliver effective design solutions, working closely with customers, engineers, and product management to determine requirements, create mockups, user workflows, conduct user research, and provide feedback.As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing high-quality, customer-centered solutions that drive business outcomes. You will work directly with product management to develop solutions that meet both customer and business needs. You will be part of a multidisciplinary design and research team that values human-centered design, growth, and collaboration.This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence three days a week at one of the following locations:Chevy Chase, MDNew York City, NYChicago, ILPalo Alto, CAFredericksburg, VASeattle, WAJob ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify customer and business needsTranslate complex ideas into understandable concepts and solutions to enhance the product experienceManage shifting priorities, providing clear direction and support for product definition and prioritizationAdvocate for the customer through human-centered design methods, including discovery, research, and testingFacilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on business needsCreate process flows, wireframes, journey maps, and UI specificationsDeliver design assets for development and market release in partnership with engineeringBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience in User Experience design (or 3+ years with a Master’s degree)Preferred QualificationsExperience designing for multiple channels, such as responsive web and native mobile interfacesProficiency in various design processes including user research, UX design, UI design, and specificationsAbility to collaborate effectively with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teamsStrong communication and storytelling skillsProficiency with design tools like FigmaExperience working within established design systems and agile teamsSalary Range$109,675.00 – $172,200.00 annually.
