The senior design lead in UI/UX designs will be responsible for leading the design team in creating innovative user experiences and interfaces for digital products.
• Lead the UI/UX design team in conceptualizing and developing user-centric designs for web and mobile applications.
• Define the creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver design solutions that meet project objectives.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance user experiences.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
• Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.
UI/UX design requires proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc., strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, excellent visual design skills, and ability to translate user needs and business requirements into innovative design solutions.
