Job Summary
This role is responsible for supporting the development of user-centered products through user research, concept generation, and visual communication.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working in UX design, exceptional skills with standard UX software, and a strong understanding of complex data systems and multi-step flow processes.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop user-centered products through iterative collaboration with Scrum teams.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and MVPs to visualize and validate design solutions.
• Conduct and support user research, interviews, usability testing, and synthesis of research findings.
• Generate a wide range of UX deliverables, including journey maps, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Participate in design workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders and team members.
• Document user requirements and user stories that align with business goals and user needs.
• Present design concepts and research findings to customers, project teams, and leadership for feedback and alignment.
