A company is looking for a Lead UI / UX Designer to create customer experiences that drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Design brand-defining digital products and marketing materials informed by customer insights and business results
Lead user testing, create wireframes and prototypes, and document UX design recommendations
Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to implement UI solutions and evaluate UX improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5 years of relevant UX / UI design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating comprehensive end-to-end solutions in a complex business environment
Hands-on experience guiding team members and stakeholders in UX strategies
Working knowledge of UX tools such as Sketch, Invision, Figma, Adobe, and UserZoom
