UX Designer – Digital Banking and Loyalty Programs
Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled UX Designer with a passion for creating seamless, user-friendly digital experiences. This role is ideal for a versatile designer who excels in loyalty programs, team leadership, content strategy, and graphic design. You will design intuitive, customer-facing solutions for digital banking platforms and loyalty program experiences, with a focus on authenticated (behind-the-pin) environments.
Responsibilities:
– Lead the end-to-end design process for digital banking and loyalty program interfaces, from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing, to design and refine customer-facing features.
– Leverage your expertise in one or more of the following:
– Loyalty Program Design: Develop intuitive, authenticated user experiences for member rewards and engagement programs.
– Design Team Leadership: Guide and mentor design efforts, fostering collaboration and innovation.
– Content Writing: Craft concise, user-focused digital content that aligns with design goals.
– Graphic Design: Create visually engaging assets and interfaces to enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
– Conduct user research, testing, and iteration to ensure designs meet customer needs and business objectives.
– Maintain and evolve design standards and guidelines for digital platforms.
Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on digital banking or customer-facing platforms.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
– Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following: loyalty programs, team leadership, content writing, or graphic design.
– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
– Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
– Experience working on authenticated digital experiences is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
– Familiarity with financial services or similar industries.
– Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, user-friendly designs.
– Analytical mindset to evaluate user feedback and data to refine designs.
