Job Description
We are seeking a UI / UX Designer with strong knowledge of interface design processes and methodologies, applied to web, email, and mobile applications.
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in design fundamentals and an understanding of modern web conventions.
Requirements include knowledge of design and usability best practices, content management, and responsive web design.
The candidate should be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Experience designing compelling consumer mobile apps (iOS and Android) and consumer products / e-commerce for desktop and mobile web is essential.
Strong analytical skills are required to base design and usability decisions on relevant data points.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills are a must.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field.
At least 7 years of UI / UX or interaction design experience on a web and / or mobile consumer site.
