Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with UX researchers to understand user needs, goals, and pain points
• Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and interactions
• Creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience and usability
• Ensuring designs are accessible, responsive, and comply with industry standards and best practices
• Iterating on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input
• Working closely with developers to implement design specifications and maintain design consistency across products and platforms

Education, Degrees, and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in user interface design for web, mobile, or desktop applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and visual aesthetics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and development teams

Preferred:
• Active IRS MBI Clearance

Location:
• This position is hybrid, based in Lanham, Maryland. Candidates must be local to Lanham, MD or willing to relocate.
