Job Title: UX Designer Location: Washington D.C. 20433 (Hybrid, 4 days onsite)Duration: 6 months contract (Possible extension)JOB DESCRIPTION:Top skills (Must Have):Figma (expert) and Interaction Design. Required Skills:Looking for a hands-on designer. Interaction designs skills is a must have. Visual design, research skills are optional/nice to have. Any prior experience with UX/UI for AI solutions is a plus.Must Haves:Hands-on interaction design and rapid prototyping skills. Good micro-interaction and detailed scenario-specific mockups creation must have skillsAbility to understand high-level requirements and clarify detailed requirements as part of an iterative design processAbility work closely with technical/development teams to ensure technology is appropriately leveragedPrimary responsibilities: Managing multiple projects from a UX perspective, being responsible for adherence to standards, for the timely and quality delivery of artifactsKnowledge/experience working with enterprise applications, UX for AI related use cases will be a big plusFigma. The more proficient, the better but minimum Figma skills is mandatory.
