The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences across classified systems, ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual consistency. This role requires hands-on collaboration with product managers, developers, and mission stakeholders in a fast-paced, secure environment.Responsibilities:Conduct user research and translate findings into wireframes, prototypes, and design specificationsDevelop and maintain design systems and style guides tailored for secure, mission-critical applicationsOptimize workflows and user interactions within security constraintsWork alongside front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designsAdvocate for user-centered design in a classified, agile development environmentMinimum Qualifications:Active Secret clearanceBachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably supporting government or classified systemsProficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design/prototyping toolsStrong communication skills and ability to present design concepts to stakeholdersWillingness and eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
