This role will focus on deeply understanding user needs, pain points, and product interactions to inform product design and business strategy.The ideal candidate is highly skilled in conducting research, creating journey maps, and presenting insights in a compelling and actionable way. Strong communication skills and proficiency with tools like MURAL and PowerPoint are essential.
