Job DescriptionJob DescriptioncFocus Software seeks a UX/UI Designer to join our program supporting the Department of Transportation (DOT). This position is remote in Washington, DC. This position requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design of Information Systems, or a related field2+ years of IT Graphic Design experience 3+ years of experience gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components in an IT fieldDuties: Specializes in crafting and executing UI/UX strategies to enhance online customer experiences. Analyzes feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement, developing comprehensive plans to optimize every touchpoint of the online journey. Conducts workshops with stakeholders, creates requirement matrices, and provides visual representations of finalized requirements.
