Kathy Kuo Home believes that shopping for great design should be fun, easy, and inspiring, so it provides everything from design inspiration to flawless execution in one vertically integrated platform, allowing customers to create a space they will cherish for years to come.Responsibilities:Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business objectives and user requirements.Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and interactions effectively.Design elegant and intuitive user interfaces that reflect the Kathy Kuo Home brand and elevate the shopping experience.Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and evolving business needs.Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of design implementations and provide support during the development process.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work in e-commerce or digital retail.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Experience with user research methodologies, analytics and usability testing.Experience designing mobile e-commerce experiences and responsive design.Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creating immersive and delightful user experiences.
