Job Description:
• We are seeking a skilled Online Learning Manager to join our team.
The Role:
The Online Learning Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective online courses. This includes managing video production, collaborating with subject matter experts, and ensuring all courses adhere to quality standards.
A Day in the Life:
• Designing and developing online courses from initial planning to final delivery.
• Managing video production studio and projects.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure course content is accurate and engaging.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering online courses.
• Strong proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
• Knowledge of online learning best practices and instructional design principles.
Benefits:
• Salary range $65,000 – $75,000 (commensurate with experience).
