Bring your energy, curiosity, and passion for delivering the best customer experience.*Required: Strong portfolio showcasing design and UX work, with a proven track record of leading substantial design projects*As a Product Design Lead, you will:Design and redesign diverse experiences and products, ranging from customer-facing websites and mobile apps to internal tools.Act as the creative point-of-contact and project lead for UX design projects, collaborating with teammates and internal stakeholders to guide activities, strategies, and timelines.Use storytelling, UX principles, and prototypes to convey the vision, flow, and features of the products you design.Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, and other internal teams to generate ideas and refine designs based on feedback.Partner with developers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure designs are executed effectively.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.Lead and facilitate design workshops with clients and partners as needed.Required Experience & Skills7+ years of product design experience across digital media.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent preferred.Strong portfolio showcasing design and UX work, with a proven track record of leading substantial design projects.Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Principle, and Framer.Experience with concept ideation, design strategy, and rapid prototyping/testing.Knowledge or expertise in one or more of the following areas is a plus: visual design, machine learning, mobile applications, web applications, messaging interfaces, illustration, video/film production.Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.Entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset.Ability to think strategically and design holistic, compelling products for end users.Empathy for users and expertise in user-centered methodologies and design thinking.Leadership skills to influence and challenge cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Additional QualificationsStrong generative research mindset, including concept testing, usability testing, and rapid prototyping.Ability to conduct guerrilla research and adapt to fast-paced environments.Comfortable with failure and iterative design processes.Experience launching MVPs and executing product strategy.Strong documentation and creative problem-solving skills.Ability to influence and challenge design processes with data-driven insights.Experience in innovation labs or agency-level design work preferred.Why Apply?This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that values creativity, collaboration, and customer-centric design.
