JOB DESCRIPTION
Product Designer (UI/UX) with expertise in designing intuitive and seamless user experiences for a UShealthcare product, specifically focusing on insurance claims processing and AI-driven solutions.
This role requires a deep understanding of user-centric design principles, healthcare workflows, and web application design. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients, product managers, and development teams to create a user-friendly, efficient, and visually engaging product.

Primary Skills:
UI/UX Design Expertise:
• Strong experience in designing web-based applications and dashboards with a focus onhealthcare workflows.
• Proficiency in UI/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, user journey mapping, and interactive design.
• Ability to create design systems, component libraries, and responsive layouts.

AI & Data Visualization in UX:
• Experience designing AI-powered user interfaces that integrate predictive analytics,automation, and decision-support systems.
• Ability to present complex data in an intuitive, user-friendly way (charts, dashboards, insights).
• Understanding of information architecture for AI-driven recommendations and automationworkflows.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Work closely with clients, product managers, and development teams to translate business needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops to refine the product experience.
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients, executives, and cross-functional teams.
Good to Have Skills:
• Experience designing for healthcare claims platforms (Epic, Cerner, Availity, etc.).
• Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate with developers.
• Familiarity with designing for cloud-based applications and API-driven interfaces.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
Healthcare & Claims Processing Knowledge:
• Understanding of user needs in healthcare claims processing (payer-provider interactions,claims submission, and adjudication).
• Experience designing HIPAA-compliant applications and ensuring accessibility (ADA/WCAGstandards).
• Familiarity with healthcare-specific UI patterns (EHRs, patient portals, provider dashboards).
Key Responsibilities:
• Design user-friendly, visually appealing, and efficient UI/UX for a US healthcare claimsproduct.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with business goals andtechnical constraints.
• Ensure consistency and usability across all product features while adhering to healthcarecompliance standards.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation to refine the user experience.
• Work closely with AI/ML teams to optimize data-driven UI components.
• Collaborate with clients and product managers to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Maintain and evolve the design system and component libraries for scalable, reusable UIelements
