DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Senior Graphic Design/UI/UX professional to contribute to the visual design and user experience of our software solutions and marketing materials. You will work closely with our development and marketing teams to develop contemporary and simple user interfaces, create visually appealing user interface templates, design engaging static assets, and produce compelling marketing graphics. Day-to-day responsibilities and duties include:
• Collaborate with the team to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interface designs.
• Develop contemporary and simple user interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Utilize Adobe Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.) to create design mockups, prototypes, and final assets.
• Design and create reusable user interface templates and style guides to ensure consistency across our products.
• Produce high-quality static assets such as icons, illustrations, and imagery for software interfaces and documentation.
• Create engaging marketing graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website banners, presentations, and brochures.
• Assist in the creation of user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize user interactions.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from the team and user testing.
• Organize and maintain design files and assets effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools.
• Contribute to the overall visual identity and branding efforts of the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants MUST
– must be able to qualify and maintain security clearance.
– have at least 1 year of Graphic Design/UI/UX experience and have a good understanding of professional business environments.
– be very friendly and able to calmly handle clients and staff
– be able to carry themselves in a professional manner
– be punctual, responsible, and reliable
– have good written and verbal communication skills (answering the phone and composing emails in a professional manner)

Pay: From $79,000 per year excluding bonus and benefits.
Schedule:
• The schedule for this position is project driven and can be highly variable depending on project deadlines and the specific needs of the software development teams.
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
