We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our product design team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our collaboration platform.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing intuitive and user-centered digital experiences that solve complex challenges and elevate customer satisfaction across multiple platforms.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to ensure thoughtful implementation and cohesive user experiences.
Responsibilities
• Design Digital Experiences: Create high-quality designs that meet business objectives and enhance customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems, validate hypotheses, and deliver design solutions.
• Conduct User Research: Conduct usability testing, journey mapping, and stakeholder interviews to uncover insights and inform design decisions.
• Mentor Junior Designers: Provide feedback and informal mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Requirements
• 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience designing intuitive and user-centered digital experiences that solve complex challenges and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Collaborative Mindset: A willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a culture of growth and collaboration.
