Our client, a leading digital innovation agency, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, developing user personas, creating user flows and journey maps, designing high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes, and ensuring consistency across all design elements. You must possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and current design trends. Experience with design thinking methodologies and a proven ability to iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing is crucial. Responsibilities: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize product concepts. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI). Develop engaging user experiences (UX) across various digital platforms. Collaborate with product teams to define and implement design solutions. Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and technologies. Advocate for user needs throughout the product development process. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment. Knowledge of front-end development principles is a plus.
