? Summary:
Client is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative UX Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on designing and delivering high-quality, user-centered interfaces in coordination with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
? Education & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Factors, Usability, or a related discipline
• 2 years of relevant experience
?? Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business analysts, sponsors, and IT teams to understand requirements
• Design user interface specifications using client research, design standards, and best practices
• Participate in design reviews and gain consensus on documentation
• Execute business acceptance testing
• Ensure usability deliverables align with project timelines and constraints
• Contribute to usability methodology, documentation, and design standards
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization
? Must-Have Skills:
• UX Design & Research with strong analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Project management and multitasking across initiatives
• Experience with usability testing and web design standards
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and browser technologies
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Detail-oriented with a passion for consistency
