As a lead experience designer, you can put yourself in the user’s place and design the best way for them to engage with the site. In this role, you’ll partner with the product manager on your team to understand your clients’ vision and their users’ needs. Leading an agile team, you’ll broaden the scope of your design skills by developing large-scale digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are aesthetically pleasing.
You’ll lead the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, and interface design. Your expertise in user research, information architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, and interface design will help your team advocate for the prioritizations of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements, all the while keeping the end-user at the center of your work.

You Have10+ years of experience in designExperience with end-to-end research and design for websites and digital applicationsKnowledge of federal web design best practices, such as plain language, accessibility, and design standardsKnowledge of Figma and design prototyping and testing tools like Optimal WorkshopPublic TrustBachelor’s degree

The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
