UX/UI Designer – Total Business Tactics

About Us:
Total Business Tactics builds visually stunning, functional, and accessible websites and digital products for public and private sector clients. Our work prioritizes user experience, equity, and compliance — all wrapped in a polished and scalable design system.

What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to shape two modern, responsive websites — everything from visual layouts to branding consistency, user journeys, and interaction design. You’ll work closely with content and development teams to bring elegant, inclusive designs to life.

Responsibilities:
• Create wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes
• Design intuitive user flows for maps, directories, and calendars
• Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility
• Provide branded graphics or iconography as needed

What You Bring:
• Portfolio that showcases responsive design and accessibility
• 3+ years of professional UX/UI experience
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of visual hierarchy, color theory, and usability

Preferred Certifications:
• IAAP CPACC or equivalent
• Certificate in UX/UI Design or Accessibility

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour

Compensation Package:
• 1099 contract
