Job DescriptionScope of WorkGuide the user experience process to ensure a cohesive and unified experience across various operational and financial IT products.Serve as a center of excellence for UX in each project.Facilitate user engagement sessions and oversee the deliverables from UX vendor teams to ensure consistent visual and interaction patterns across projects.Provide UX guidance for enterprise initiatives and enhancements. Collaborate directly with business sponsors and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and constraints.Conduct user modeling, task analysis, and develop personas and scenarios.Facilitate user research sessions, communicate findings, and advise on content architecture and navigation design.Translate complex user requirements and technical constraints into simple user interfaces.Recommend solutions for complex interaction problems to enhance user experience across applications.Skills / Experience RequiredAt least 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar, or equivalent work experience. Usability Analyst certification is desirable.Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Understanding trade-offs between optimal user experience and technical, security, and business constraints, with the ability to propose appropriate compromises.Experience in:User experience design for platforms or during platform implementation.Envisioning UX for multiple enterprise applications with complex needs.Using Figma; connecting dots for cohesive experiences across different projects.Managing multiple projects from a UX perspective, ensuring standards adherence and timely, quality artifact delivery.Basic experience with other prototyping tools, HTML/CSS, Photoshop is a plus.Deep knowledge of usability engineering, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.Broad understanding of information systems, application development methodologies, and emerging tech.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeContractJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustriesBanking
