Job Description
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating custom interaction designs and prototypes for enterprise websites and applications. This includes translating requirements into wireframes and interactive mockups, developing intuitive and user-friendly UI designs for enterprise applications, and ensuring designs align with web standards and the latest industry trends in responsive web design.

• Translate requirements into wireframes and interactive mockups.
• Develop intuitive and user-friendly UI designs for enterprise applications.
• Ensure designs align with web standards and the latest industry trends in responsive web design.
Collaboration & Problem-Solving
• Work with UX specialists to uncover user pain points and test design concepts.
• Identify design challenges and develop strategic solutions in collaboration with product managers and subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Collaborate with other UX designers to ensure best-in-class UI designs.
Optimization & Best Practices
• Design and deliver optimized user experiences across various devices and interfaces.
• Apply information architecture principles to enhance user experience.
• Make strategic design decisions related to existing and new functionality.
Qualifications
• Secret clearance required.
• Expertise in UI/UX design software and prototyping tools.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and responsive design.
• Experience designing and delivering optimized multi-device user experiences.
• Ability to employ design thinking to address complex problems.
